We are a family business with the owners fully involved in day-to-day management.
Owners, Graeme Lindsay and Heather Anderson, have the philosophy of 'Do it Once, Do it Right'.
Joining them in the business is eldest son Robert, who has been involved in the wine industry since graduating from Lincoln University with an honours degree in Horticultural Science, having had experience in all aspects of the industry from growing to selling.
Robert is vineyard manager, overseeing all three vineyards and together with Heather, making the strategic viticultural decisions.
Graeme and Robert are responsible for marketing and sales. We have chosen to distribute directly to consumers and the trade. This better enables us to communicate our passion for our grapes and wines.
Heather is generally tied to her desk - except on special occasions like harvest when when she is allowed out - managing the business and the finances.
Assistance is also given with "Meet and Greet" and staff supervision by our German Terrier/Fox Terrier dog Grouse and cat Gris. They are jointly in charge of rabbit control.
A high standard of viticulture management is practiced with emphasis on sustainable winegrowing. All three vineyards have been accredited as Certified Sustainable by Sustainable Wine Growing New Zealand ®.
