Tresillian Rose' 2009
A unique blend of Merlot (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) produced an elegant savoury wine. Made in a dry style with cranberry and raspberry on the nose and palate with subtle savoury minerality. 12% alc/vol. 3g/L Residual Sugar.!
Tresillian Pinot Gris 2009
Aromas and flavours of ripe pear, nectarine and banana confectionary with elegant mineral complexity. Elegant full-bodied wine with the luscious mouthfeel typical of the best examples of Pinot Gris. Made in a dry style. 13% alc/volume. 3.5g/L residual sugar.
This is where they are in an elegant any time wine that can be matched superbly with chicken and fish but is equally at home under a shady tree on a lazy sunny afternoon!
Tresillian Dry Riesling 2008
Elegant apple and lemon flavours with fabulous mineral complexity, while vibrant acidity keeps the palate interested.
12.5% alc/volume. Residual sugar 8g/L.
Tresillian Medium Dry Riesling 2008
Made in the Kabinett style, this wine demonstrates red apple, lemon and lime aromas and flavours with a subtle mineral finish. 9.3%alc/vol; 23g/L Residual Sugar.
D’Akaroa Dry Riesling 2008
Vibrant lemon and lime zest with a touch of apple and light floral notes. Excellent palate intensity. 12.5%alc/vol. Residual Sugar 6g/L.
Tresillian Chardonnay 2008
Made in an almost-unoaked style (10% new oak for aging), this wine has a stunning acid backbone with elegant apricot and grapefruit characters on the nose and palate. Excellent palate intensity. A real Wow wine!

Tresillian Cerelia 2009
And now for something completely different! Grapes sourced from our leased Sunnybrae vineyard on the slopes of the Akaroa Harbour have produced this stunning Spätlese style Riesling. It has crisp red apple, citrus and honey flavours. The racy acidity balances the fruit sugars (15g/L). The combination makes an elegant wine that, if slightly chilled makes a stunning aperitif, but equally, if matched with a creamy blue cheese and crackers makes a quiet hour after dinner heavenly!
